Bridges to a Brighter Future at Furman serves up to 75 high school students and up to 100 college students each year. The point of entry is in the spring semester of freshman year in high school. Our students have attended most higher education institutions in South Carolina, both public and private. Alumni have also attended out-of-state institutions including Davidson College, Hollins University, Hampton University, Tennessee, Smith, Delaware State University, and a multitude of other universities. Our graduates have gone on to earn master’s and doctoral degrees, and work in areas of education, medicine, law, business, the arts and sciences.
