The Baltimore Sun: Summer learning program in Baltimore ‘tremendously innovative and effective’

Fellows of the South Carolina Afterschool Leaders Empowered (SCALE), a program of the Riley Institute, traveled to Maryland this summer to learn about the art-integration approach developed for the Summer Arts for Learning Academy (SALA), a model used in Baltimore City public schools.
