Rebecca Russ-Sellers joined the IACH team as Senior Research Associate in November 2024. As a mixed-methods researcher, Dr. Russ-Sellers models applied epidemiologic methods in the evaluative design and analysis of critical population health interventions, particularly in the area of chronic disease.

Dr. Russ-Sellers has held multiple roles in clinical research and academic medicine, including directing medical student research, leading state population health benchmarking, and, as a founding faculty member of the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville, she taught both epidemiology and health policy longitudinal courses.

In her free time, she enjoys yoga and running, traveling with her family, and attending music and sports events.
