Mackenzie is excited to join the Trone Center for Mental Fitness as an MSW Intern through Louisiana State University. In the Fall semester, she will focus on outreach and engagement before providing counseling services in the Spring. Mackenzie believes that counseling methods should be as personalized as our struggles, and looks forward to helping students approach their concerns through a variety of therapeutic techniques. While she will specialize in topics such as neurodiversity, depression, LGBTQIA+ issues, and family dynamics, she is excited to talk about anything that brings you into her office.

When she’s not at TCMF or working on her graduate courses, Mackenzie enjoys watching movies and finding new shows to dive into. On the weekends, you can also find her on the shortest, easiest, least-demanding hikes that Upstate SC has to offer.
