Study Away - MayX: Canterbury Trails, A Study of Pilgrimage throughout England (Religion and Theatre Departments)
Research - I conducted English research through Furman Libraries Special Collections and Archives the summer of 2024 under the supervision of Dr. Helwig. My research consisted of analyzing and giving light to historical and literary elements of 19th century African American narratives, specifically those from South Carolina about the system of chattel slavery. I had the honor of presenting my research at the South Atlantic Modern Language Association (SAMLA) 2024 Conference in Jacksonville, Florida.
