Anna Rider is the Innovation Lab Coordinator for the Center for Innovative Leadership, where she manages all logistics for events and programs within both the CIL and the Hill Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Belmont University and began her career as a professional actress, performing in theaters nationwide.

After settling in Atlanta, GA, Anna taught voice lessons and coached auditions, ultimately becoming the Director of a thriving performing arts studio. She brings the creativity, poise, and empathy developed through her theatre background into her current role, approaching each challenge with a people-centered mindset. Passionate about fostering growth and success in others, she leverages thoughtful relationship building and intentional organization to create impactful, well-executed experiences.
