Understanding your Biometric Screening Results

Prisma Health will be on campus to meet one on one with individuals who would like to review and discuss access to MyChart and individual biometric screening results from 2023. All staff who participated in the Biometric screenings in 2023 should have received a letter from Prisma Health with information about the Five Phase Wellness Program and individual health screening lab results.
In the Five Phase Wellness Program, individuals are risk stratified based on medical standards currently used by Prisma Health’s Prevention and Wellness team. During these mini sessions, Prisma representatives can help participants locate information in their MyChart account and discuss results from the 2023 screenings.
The Prisma Health representative will be stationed in the Employee Wellness Center (Earle Student Health Center) on Friday, April 12th from noon until 4:00 pm. To schedule one of the 20-minute appointments, please click on the link below and choose from an available appointment date and time.
