What will Greenville lose when Tommy’s Country Ham House closes?

When the Greenville News reported on the retirement of Tommy Stevenson ’65 and the closing of Tommy’s Country Ham House, they spoke with Furman President Elizabeth Davis.

“There’s no pretense, nothing really to have to worry about,” at the restaurant, Davis said. “You just get to be yourself and enjoy time with whoever’s there. I’ve never taken anybody there who didn’t want to go back.”
