Purple Diamonds shine at Furman sports events

During Black History Month, Carmine Gemei of FOX Carolina Sports caught up with Furman University’s Purple Diamonds, a dance troupe that entertains at Furman football and basketball games. The group debuted on the Paladin football field in 2022 and continues to show off its HBCU-inspired, majorette-style moves in 65 “stands” it performs in front of adoring fans.
