Predmore discusses sustainability jobs

Furman University’s Andrew Predmore, executive director of The Shi Institute for Sustainable Communities, spoke to FOX Carolina about the raft of jobs waiting for students in corporate sustainability. He noted that Furman students participating in a pilot program with local manufacturers are receiving valuable training by conducting inventories of greenhouse gas emissions. “We certainly want to prepare our students to both get those jobs but also make a difference in that work when they graduate from Furman,” he said.
