News organizations cover Timmons Arena groundbreaking

Several local TV stations covered Furman University’s groundbreaking ceremony for the $40 million Timmons Arena renovation, the largest donor-funded project in the university’s history. FOX Carolina, WYFF News 4 (NBC) and WSPA 7 News (CBS) were on hand for the event, which took place Saturday, April 13. Construction is expected to be complete by fall 2025.
