Lakeview Hall gains attention from Association of College and University Housing Officers

Furman University’s newly opened Lakeview Hall was featured in a publication of the Association of College and University Housing Officers-International, ACUHO-I. In “Talking Stick,” Furman’s Ron Thompson, associate dean of students and director of housing and residence life, talks about what makes Lakeview Hall an important cornerstone for the South Housing complex designed for first-year students. He describes the Center for Interpersonal Connections housed there in addition to some of his favorite features in the building that create an “undeniable energy” in the space.
