Greenville Journal highlights Furman Lakeside Concert Band
Fireworks fill the sky after a “Sounds of Summer” concert in 2024.
Paul Hyde of the Greenville Journal covered the upcoming annual patriotic concert, a tradition at Furman University. The Furman Lakeside Concert, Greenville Chorale and Furman Alumni Band will perform a concert of patriotic standards alongside a salute to American jazz. The evening will include a fireworks display.
The event is free, and starts at 7:30 p.m. June 25 at the Furman amphitheater. This concert is part of the Lake Concert Series, the “Sounds of Summer.”
