Furman hosts a different kind of student

Several law enforcement agencies came to Furman to train explosive-detection canines.

Humans aren’t the only ones going to school on the campus of Furman University. Several Greenville County law enforcement agencies brought their explosive-detecting canines to McAlister Auditorium in early March for training. The idea is to introduce the dogs to new scenarios and environments to keep them sharp for whenever their keen olfactory senses are needed. FOX Carolina aired the story.
