CLP: Closing reception for ‘Passages’ by Nicole M. Santiago

Twenty-one semi-autobiographical paintings, drawings and prints by Virginia-based artist Nicole M. Santiago are on display in Thompson Gallery of the Roe Art Building through Oct.20. A closing reception for “Passages” is set for Friday, Oct. 20, at 6 p.m. in Thompson Gallery. Regular Thompson Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

“Passages” is an exploration of how mundane moments of everyday domestic life also function as moments of psychological passage – ritualistic crossings, traversals, and transformations – common to all narratives in human experience.
