Dennis Zeiger ’74 and his Diamond F make the news
Dennis Zeiger ’74 was the designer of the Diamond F logo. The logo turns 50 years-old this year.
Apparently, diamonds are forever. Case in point – Dennis Zeiger’s Diamond F he crafted for Furman University in 1973. The symbol, synonymous with Furman University and its athletics programs, has serious staying power. Trademarked in 2003, the Diamond F celebrates its 50th anniversary. WYFF News 4’s Nigel Robertson acknowledged the milestone.
Zeiger is a 1974 Furman alumnus who majored in art and was a member of Furman’s track team 1970-1974. Read the story that drew media attention here.
