Beth Daniel ’78 reflects on golf career

Furman University golf legend and World Golf Hall of Fame member Beth Daniel ’78 will be recognized as an LPGA Pioneer at The Founder’s Cup, an annual event that pays tribute to the 13 women who formed the Ladies Professional Golf Association. In an LPGA article, Daniel reflects on her career and the people around her who contributed to her success. Daniel, who notched 33 LPGA Tour wins, including one major title, also offers advice for young players. She was inducted into the Furman Athletics Hall of Fame in 1981.
