Alex Wilkins of Furman MBB featured in WYFF story

Until this season, no other freshman has started for the Paladins in Bob Richey’s nine-year tenure as head coach of Furman Men’s Basketball. Alex Wilkins, a 6’5″ guard from Mattapan, Massachusetts, led the team to an unbeaten record in December, something that hasn’t happened since 1978. Wilkins spoke with WYFF News 4’s Julia Morris about why he chose Furman University and his predictions for the postseason.
