Scott Jarrett’s tale of two cities (and three jobs)

For nearly eight years, 1997 Furman graduate Scott Jarrett has shuttled between Charlotte, N.C., and Boston sharing his musical gifts.  In the past two weeks, he guest-conducted a Miami group in a Bach masterwork and directed the music in chapel services at Boston University.  He will soon focus on Charlotte, leading the Charlotte Symphony and Oratorio Singers in Carl Orff’s choral blockbuster, “Carmina Burana.”  Jarrett stopped long enough to give an interview to the Charlotte Observer.
