Dear members of the class of 2020 and families,
I hope that you have remained well during this strange and challenging time. We have received several inquiries about Commencement exercises currently scheduled for Oct. 31.
Though we have planned for a ceremony in Paladin Stadium, we continue to monitor the COVID-19 conditions in the region and on campus to determine whether we can host this event safely. We will make and announce a final decision on Sept. 30.
My colleagues and I appreciate your patience as we look to find meaningful and safe ways to celebrate your accomplishments, while ensuring that such a celebration can be conducted in a way that preserves the health of our graduates, their families, current students, and employees.
