Lunch & Learn: Peer Assisted Learning Program

Beginning in the Fall of 2020, Furman’s Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Program offers students the chance to engage with their fellow students around course content outside of the classroom in order to improve and deepen their learning.  With an emphasis on collaboration and co-learning between students and trained undergraduate Peer Learning Consultants, the program involves group learning sessions, class study groups, and 1-on-1 peer learning.  Join Jean Schwab, Director of Peer-Assisted Learning, to find out more about the structure and philosophy of the program, and to explore how to encourage students to take advantage of the many PAL opportunities.
