Peer observations of teaching provide a powerful opportunity to explore, experience, and advance our teaching practice as a learning community. Both parties in a teaching observation interaction benefit from the process, although often feedback is expected to flow in one direction only. This session is designed to provide space for anyone who has recently observed or been observed teaching to reflect on the lessons learned from that process.
