The writing classroom is one important place where we can integrate Furman’s AI Literacies and Competencies. In this session, designated for FYW faculty but relevant to anyone teaching writing, we will explore concrete ways to include AI literacy in the writing classroom. Our discussion will cover several approaches, from introducing students to AI literacy without allowing them to use AI in their writing to allowing students supervised use of AI in their writing.
