Join us for the start of our Fall 2024 Speaker Series with Ottilia Dill, senior director of talent development at Milliken and Company, as she discusses the barriers that hold women back and the habits that propel them forward in their careers. Learn about how widespread imposter syndrome can be, as well as the key practices to combat and free yourself from it. Drawing on themes from the book How Women Rise, Ottilia applies these concepts to common and concrete situations many women experience. Her experience working across diverse industries has permitted her to learn the skills and mindsets necessary to succeed in every field.

Who is Ottilia?
Ottilia is a talent management and human resources leader with expertise in leadership development framework and program creation, instructional design, engaging training and facilitation, performance management, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, 360 assessments, Strengths Finders, MBTI, as well as a proven track record of engaging and developing high performing teams.
As the leader of the Talent Development function at Milliken, Ottilia leads a team responsible for the organization’s performance management, succession planning, leadership development, annual awards program, DEI training initiatives, compliance and soft-skill learning content, and organizational culture and engagement. In addition, she is a KF360, Gallup Strengths, SLII, and MBTI certified practitioner.
