Join us on May 7, 2025, as we celebrate Mental Health Awareness month in this engaging and practical session with Dr. Jonathan Fisher—cardiologist, well-being leader, and author of Just One Heart—exploring how integrating emotional intelligence with physical heart health can help leaders and teams thrive.
Drawing on the latest science and personal experience, Dr. Fisher will guide participants through a framework for caring for the heart across four dimensions: physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. He’ll address the impact of chronic stress and burnout, share tools to interrupt the stress cycle, and offer strategies to support both personal well-being and a culture of connection.
Participants will leave with renewed clarity, actionable tools, and inspiration to lead themselves and others with greater steadiness, empathy, and purpose.
