Furman University || Class of 2020 Senior Tribute from Furman University on Vimeo.

Dear Seniors,

Today is your day, and this is your time. A time to reflect – as you have learned to do so well – not only on the past few months, but on your four years at Furman. It is a time to celebrate your relationships, your achievements, and your experiences, in and out of the classroom, and a time to look forward to what lies ahead. I know you will do great things. You have already made us so proud.

We are celebrating you, our graduating seniors, in various ways today, including in this video. As you celebrate with your families and friends, please take a moment to visit this page for stories about you and your fellow graduates, and for inspirational messages from your Furman family.

At 3 p.m., visit Furman’s Instagram for a special performance by Emily Scott Robinson ’09 that is dedicated to you. (The show will be available for 24 hours in case you can’t tune in right away.)

We’ll be in touch soon with plans for a Commencement celebration in the fall. Until then, I wish you all the best as you start your next chapter. You may do so knowing that your alma mater will forever hold you dearly.

My sincerest congratulations,

Elizabeth Davis
President
