Answering your questions

Dear Furman Community,

First, thank you to everyone for all that you are doing to help each other as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. During this most challenging time, you have proven time and again why our Furman family is so special.

As the situation continues to evolve, we want to be certain that we are communicating and sharing as much information as possible. To that end, I plan to continue providing updates in email, on our COVID-19 site, and through video. Next week, we plan to post a video in which I will answer questions we have received about Furman’s plans related to the pandemic.

Please send any additional questions you may have to furmanuniversity@furman.edu by Tuesday, April 21. I would also love to hear any stories you may have about members of the Furman family that illustrate our community’s caring and resilience. I’ll look forward to answering your questions and telling a couple of those stories in the video next week.

Again, thank you for the tremendous kindness and support you have shown during these difficult times. This warms my heart and gives me great hope for a brighter future.
