Current: New initiative brings together pubmedia leaders to focus on DEI efforts

As public media leaders navigate how to best foster diversity and equity in their workplaces and boards while making content inclusive for a wide array of audiences, a new program offered by the Riley Institute in partnership with South Carolina ETV is providing them with the tools and perspectives that they can apply in their efforts.
Current, a national news outlet for public media professionals, highlighted the Public Media Diversity Leaders Initiative, which held its first class this summer, in an online article published on August 30.
