Tracy Waters is the associate director of research and strategic learning at the Riley Institute. Dr. Waters manages research and strategic learning projects in the institute and works directly with our strategic learning clients to serve their organizational needs. She has extensive experience in program evaluation, outcome measurement, and data visualization. Her research interests include neighborhood and community influences on child well-being and program models that strengthen outcomes for all children and families.

Dr. Waters completed her Ph.D. in international family and community studies at Clemson University and her B.A. in Spanish and child development at Central Michigan University.
