I was born in Battle Creek, Michigan and moved to Ft. Lauderdale Florida in her preschool years. I graduated from Northeast High School in 1975. One of my favorite jobs was working for Walt Disney World in Florida for 16 years. I moved to Travelers Rest in 2005. I worked for Travelers Rest Police Department for 10 years and left in 2015. I started work Part Time for Furman University at the Police Department as a Communications Officer in June of 2022 and moved to Full Time in August of 2023. I received the Employee of the Year award for the Furman Police Department in June of 2024. When away from work I loves spending time with her pet Hope, who goes everywhere with me. I also love camping, swimming and working in the yard. I love the Lord and is looking forward to spending many years with her second family here at Furman.
