Stephanie Rainey serves as the Director of Women's Leadership and Philanthropy. A native of South Carolina, Stephanie has lived in Greenville for 30 years and has been in non-profit development for more than 14 years. With a strong background in fundraising, donor relations, relationship building and development, Stephanie believes genuine, intentional relationship building leads to impactful giving benefiting both the donor and the recipient. These long-held beliefs align with the core vision of Furman Women's Impact Network, FurmanWIN, to empower, engage and inspire the women of Furman, providing a path to leadership, greater giving and igniting success.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens University. She lives in Greenville with her husband, Clay and they have a blended family of four adult children and three granddogs.
