Sandy Rinck is a Senior Associate for the Riley Institute and has served as Special Advisor to former Secretary of Education Richard W. Riley for decades, beginning during his time in the Clinton administration. During that time, she worked on a gamut of education issues, from early childhood to post-secondary.

Since the end of the Clinton administration, Rinck has served as Riley’s representative on public education matters in Washington, D.C. and across the country. Rinck has decades of experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including staff leadership positions in the offices of several members of Congress. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
