Rachel Morris is the Business Operations Manager at The Hill Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Furman University, where she focuses on optimizing processes, managing strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration to support entrepreneurs and innovative programs. With nearly 20 years of experience working in academic institutions, Rachel has a deep understanding of how to build and sustain programs that support students, faculty, and community partners. She brings a strong background in higher education operations, program development, and institutional collaboration, ensuring that The Hill Institute’s initiatives run smoothly and effectively.

Rachel is currently pursuing her M.S. in Innovation and Leadership at Furman University, deepening her expertise in organizational strategy, leadership development, and problem-solving. Her work is centered on enhancing program effectiveness, streamlining operations, and creating structures that empower teams to execute ideas successfully.

In addition to her role at The Hill Institute, Rachel is the Founder of Rachel Morris Photography, LLC, where she specializes in brand, lifestyle, and commercial photography. Her background in both operations and creative storytelling gives her a unique perspective on innovation, entrepreneurship, and the impact of strong visual narratives in business.

Driven by collaboration and continuous improvement, Rachel is dedicated to fostering an environment where entrepreneurs, students, community members, and teams can turn ideas into action.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, exploring local coffee shops, visiting art galleries, and spending time with friends and family.
