Quincy Mix is a History major and a member of the Class of 2019. He has participated in Shucker Leadership Institute and the Furman Community of Scholars, won accolades as a former Waco Childers Research Fellow and a Furman Metropolitan Fellow.  In the fall, he served the Task Force on Slavery & Justice as its Operations  & Publicity Manager. That interest extend up to contemporary issues, volunteering with Life for the Innocent, a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing children from human trafficking in Southeast Asia.
