Pam is originally from Upstate New York, and her experiences living in various regions have shaped a broad and empathetic understanding of people and the diverse ways they approach life. In addition to private practice experience, Pam spent much of her career providing group therapy in outpatient programs at a local psychiatric hospital. Clinical expertise she brings to Trone Center for Mental Fitness includes working with students navigating depression, anxiety, stress, anger, grief, and significant life transitions. Pam primarily utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also integrating other evidence-based modalities to ensure a personalized and effective therapeutic experience to students.
