Nichole Grant is the Riley Institute’s Business Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the Institute's finances and budgets for the Center for Education Policy and Leadership, Diversity Leaders Initiative, and policy events and conferences.

Prior to joining the Riley Institute, Grant spent two years as an office coordinator and tutor before teaching middle school English language arts in the classroom for six years. Grant holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Religion from Presbyterian College and a master’s degree in Secondary Education from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
