Monica is an accomplished business development professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing, program management, business consulting, and leadership. Her passion lies in developing teams, meeting deadlines, and exceeding performance goals while proving to be a leader in her industry.

Monica is a graduate of Rollins College with a bachelor’s in organizational psychology. She then went on to obtain her master's in public healthcare administration from Everglades University.

She has a proven ability to learn quickly, assess problems, and initiate corrective action while identifying needs that implement effective solutions.

In her free time, Monica spends time with her family and also serves as an advocate for animals while serving as a volunteer for the Halifax Humane Society.
