Kaylee Welgraven joined Furman’s University Communications team in September 2014, and has been engaged in higher ed marketing and communications efforts since 2008. As assistant director of visual communications, she strives to develop innovative creative solutions that support strategic initiatives and campus partner goals. In addition to print and digital design expertise, Kaylee provides brand ambassadorship, project coordination, quality control, oversight of Furman’s Creative Toolkit and digital asset management system, and collaborative ideation.

Committed to being actively involved both inside and outside of the office, she has served two terms on Furman’s Staff Advisory Council and an elected role on its executive committee. Her CliftonStrengths themes are Responsibility, Connectedness, Achiever, Discipline and Belief, and she values opportunities to positively contribute to Furman’s vibrant community, the backbone of The Furman Advantage.
