Kaitlin Rogers took an Intergroup Dialogue course while earning her B.A. in Nonprofit Management at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is passionate about the power of dialogue to bring new perspectives and confront internal biases. This passion for equity has helped drive her work with pre-college programs for first-generation college students, the Malone Center for Career Engagement, and Furman’s Intergroup Dialogue Program.
