Juan Johnson is a senior fellow in the Riley Institute as well as the facilitator for the institute’s Diversity Leaders Initiative and Public Media Diversity Leaders Initiative.

After an illustrious career of 21 years with Coca-Cola, Inc., where he served as the company's first ever Vice President for Diversity Strategy, Johnson launched his own business, Juan Johnson Consulting and Facilitation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern University and a master’s degree in business administration from Atlanta University. In 2010, he received an honorary doctorate from Furman.
