Juan Johnson is a Senior Fellow in the Riley Institute as well as the facilitator for the Institute’s Diversity Leaders Initiative.

After an illustrious career of 21 years with Coca-Cola, Inc., where he served as the company's first ever Vice President for Diversity Strategy, Johnson launched his own business, Juan Johnson Consulting and Facilitation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern University and a master’s degree in business administration from Atlanta University. In 2010, he received an honorary doctorate from Furman.
