Francie Heller

Francie Heller is the Founder and Managing Partner of Heller Advisory, a firm dedicated to advising organizations on strategic alignment. 

Francie’s career spans senior leadership roles at MBIA, Bear Stearns, Houlihan Lokey, Chilton Investment Company, and Arabesque Group, as well as IOR (Investment Office Resources), where she built and led practices at the intersection of strategy, investment, and institutional relationships. She serves on the boards of Abundance Capital, College Unbound,  MyCareGorithm , and several other mission-driven organizations. Francie holds degrees from Boston University, the University of Georgia, and Fordham University, along with executive education certificates from Columbia, Stanford, and Harvard University. She is a certified mediator.
