Emily takes a relational and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and challenged to grow. Her work often incorporates mindfulness practices along with practical skills such as grounding techniques, thought reframing, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance to help clients build insight and cope more effectively. She’s especially interested in exploring patterns in clients’ lives and relationships, including what has helped them thrive in the past and what may be keeping them feeling stuck now.

Originally from Southern California, Emily moved to South Carolina to play soccer in college. She now lives in Greenville with her husband and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, taking Pilates and spin classes, and trying new restaurants with friends.
