Mr. Carfolite has excelled in sales and general management capacities at local and national media companies for over 45 years. During the last Census Carfolite served as a Partnership Specialist for the U.S. Census Bureau in South Carolina. Prior to 2020 he was in key market revenue development positions with Sinclair Broadcasting, McClatchy News, and the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce. He served as the EVP Corporate Development for Telecorp Holdings, spearheading geographic expansion efforts in the film and reality production space. Prior to that, Carfolite was VP & General Manager of three affiliates for the Everett family in North and South Carolina. Both Carolina operations he simultaneously oversaw earned prestigious Fox #1 Club status, reserved for those affiliates who achieve prime-time ratings dominance. What has distinguished his career has been his consistent ability to develop new and non-traditional business, as well as build and lead successful teams. He was a General Sales Manager with Ellis and Clear Channel television exceeding revenue and non-revenue goals in all years. Before that, he rose through the sales management ranks at McGraw-Hill’s television group in medium and large-sized markets. Prior to broadcasting he was the Media Director of Ruben Montgomery & Associates, Indiana's largest retail ad agency.
