Danielle is passionate about creating a space where students can show up authentically, without having to filter themselves or have it all together. She takes a relational and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from modalities like Narrative Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. Danielle is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Her work focuses on helping students rebuild safety, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing and growth.

Outside of her role at Furman, Danielle is the founder and therapist of her own private practice, where she works with individuals navigating the impact of complex trauma, as well as with engaged couples and newlyweds preparing for or adjusting to marriage.

When she’s not working, Danielle enjoys doing CrossFit, taking her pups for walks, spending time with her husband, and discovering new places to enjoy great food.
