What do you plan to study?
Why did you want to be a Hearst Fellow?
I wanted to be a Hearst Fellow because I wanted to better my experience at Furman by learning as much as I could from my superiors such as Dr. Kim. Through Hearst, I will be able to engage in premier programs and opportunities that may have not been possible to me otherwise, and I desired the opportunity to work and connect with other students on campus.
What has Furman meant to you during this period of change?
Furman has taught me the importance of a supportive community. All students across the country have had to significantly adjust to a now COVID regulated college life, but the faculty and students at Furman have kept me motivated and hopeful to pursue my education despite the difficult change.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my free time I enjoy drawing and or acting in plays or musicals.
What's a quirky fact about you, or what would the title of your autobiography be?
I have been to 30 concerts!
The Filipino-American Association of Greater Columbia (FAAGC), The Shucker Leadership Institute, CHAARG, Furman Theatre.
