Ashton is an MSW intern at the Trone Center for Mental Fitness, where they combine clinical support with a passion for community outreach. Recognizing that mental wellness often starts outside the therapy room, Ashton is dedicated to bringing LGBTQIA+ affirming resources and mental fitness education directly to the Furman community. They strive to reduce barriers to care by fostering inclusive environments where every student—regardless of identity—feels empowered to prioritize their wellbeing. Their goal is to ensure that TCMF is not just a destination, but a visible, supportive presence across campus. Beyond campus life, Ashton enjoys playing guitar, completing art projects, and spending time with their family and pets.
