New Concierge /Advocacy Benefit – Hosted by Health Advocate
Faculty and Staff have access to a new advocacy benefit as of January 1, 2023. This new advocacy benefit helps to give faculty and staff and their family members direct, customized assistance in navigating the complex healthcare system. It is composed of a group of registered nurses, medical directors and other experts who support members with clinical concerns to help them make informed health care decisions. The benefit can be used to aid in various benefit and claim questions and guidance. Faculty & Staff, spouses/domestic partners, dependent children, parents & parents-in-law are eligible for this benefit which is not dependent on Furman Medical plan coverage.
Educational webinars will be held via zoom on the date below. Two sessions will last for about 45 minutes with time for questions and answers.
