Blue Cross Blue Shield Informational Session

Getting the most out of your medical plan and more!
Blue Cross Blue Shield will host hybrid educational meetings to provide faculty and staff with information around the Furman medical plans, and clinical tools to help members manage their health. These sessions will be offered in both an in-person and virtual format simultaneously. The in-person sessions will take place in the Burgiss Theater located in the Trone Student Center. The virtual sessions can be accessed by registering via the link below. Both sessions will last for about 45 minutes with time for questions and answers. Discussion topics will include the following:
- Our recent change to a fully-insured plan
- Prescription Drug Information – Mail order instructions, Prior Authorization, Etc.
- My Diabetes Discount Program
- Preventative Care & ACA Mandates
- Strive Wellness Platform
