Brian Highsmith ’10, a senior researcher at Yale Law School’s Arthur Liman Center for Public Interest Law and a tax policy advisor on President Barack Obama’s National Economic Council, authored a guest essay in The New York Times (subscription may be required) describing the differences between Democrat and Republican perspectives of paying for the Biden Administration’s proposed infrastructure legislation.
