Deja vu all over again

In an op-ed for The Post and Courier in Charleston, Education Professor Paul Thomas argues that South Carolina “must clearly identify what problems exist in our schools and then carefully distinguish between which of those problems are caused by out-of-school factors and which are the consequences of in-school practices and policies.” Thomas’ piece is also available here.
